I spent seven years in-house at The Independent, firstly as a news and features writer, before going on to become digital editor for arts and culture. I was in charge of commissioning, editing and organising coverage for major arts events, from blockbuster book launches and the Turner Prize to Glastonbury festival. I am an editor and journalist with more than a decade of experience working for newspapers and magazines.
